The issue of protecting human rights continues to be raised in judicial reform in Vietnam until 2045. To do this, it is necessary to continue to understand human rights in criminal justice fully; the content of judicial rights; a rights-based approach in law-making and implementation; and to perfect the mechanism of power control in implementing judicial rights in criminal justice.
