It also examines the role of organizational culture, adequate staffing, and balanced workloads in fostering a safety-oriented environment.The findings emphasize the importance of a system-oriented approach and the role of managers in promoting a culture of safety. Implementing cost-effective measures enhances patient safety and contributes to financial health.A multifaceted approach, integrating effective strategies, supportive culture, and active manager participation, is essential for reducing medical errors and improving profitability.
